Up to UAH 150 m from the state
Under Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 644, industrial parks receive direct grants from the Ministry of Economy for utility networks.
State funding
Up to UAH 150 m per industrial park. In 2024, 15 parks received a total of UAH 1.128 bn.
Tax exemptions
Residents enjoy profit-tax and import-VAT relief on equipment.
Credit support
Partnerships with banks for preferential lending to park residents and the managing company.
Expected park GDP — UAH 5.3 bn
Total tax revenues for 2028–2034 are projected at UAH 2 bn, of which more than UAH 454 m will go to the local budget.
