From industrial park registration to full launch — 48 months of step-by-step development (Q4 2025 — Q4 2029).
4 years — 48 months
The park will be launched in stages: registration, design, construction of networks and facilities, parallel launch of the first residents.
Industrial park registration
Inclusion in the official Register of Industrial Parks of Ukraine. Duration: 5 months.
Managing company appointment
ITAL INVESTMENT LLC officially becomes the managing company and starts work with participants. Duration: 6 months.
Participant onboarding & financing
Signing agreements with residents, attracting private investors and state incentives. Duration: 24 months.
Network design
Preparation of design and estimate documents for power, gas, water and roads. Duration: 12 months.
Network construction
Laying utility networks: water, gas, electricity, roads, landscaping. Duration: 18 months.
Facility design
Design of industrial, warehouse, administrative and technical buildings. Duration: 24 months.
Facility construction
Construction of industrial facilities, warehouses, office buildings and technical structures. Duration: 30 months.
First residents launch
Start of production activities of the first park residents. Duration: 3 months.
Full park launch
Full commissioning of all infrastructure and facilities. The park operates at full capacity.
